| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨直接涂片法、分离培养法、聚合酶链反应对淋球菌的诊断价值。方法 用上述３种方法同时对２５８例急、慢性淋病患者进行淋球菌检测。结果 直接涂片、分离培养、ＰＣＲ的阳性率分别为７１．７１％（１８５／２５８）、７０．１６％（１８１／２５８）、９９．２２％（２５６／２５８），差异有显著性（Ｐ〈０．０１），其中，男性患者为８４．７１％（１３３／１５７）、７０．７０％（１１１／１５７）、１００％（１５７

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the diagnostic value on the methods of direct smear,isolated culture and polymerase chain reacton(PCR)on Neisseria gonorrhoeae(NG) Methods:The NG in patients was detected by above methods at one time Results:The positive rates of direct smear,isolated culture and PCR were 71 7%(185/258)70 16%(181/258),99 22%(256/258),there was significant difference in three groups( P <0 01) Among them,the positive rates of above methods in male and female were 84 71%(133/157),70 70%(111/157),100%(157/157),and 51 49%(52/101),69 30%(70/101),98 02%(99/101) Conclusion:The method of PCR has higher sensitivity than that of direct smear,isolated culture,and was an important supplement for routine test of NG |
