| 摘 要： | 针对目前国内城市社区卫生服务绩效考评费时、费力、时效性差的现状,提出以网络为依托,以绩效考评体系和评价指标为核心,以灰色生成综合集成法为主要考评计算方法,构建一套基于浏览器—服务器(B/S)架构的绩效考核系统,全面提升社区卫生服务管理的质量和效率。

| Abstract: | Aimed at the current bad time-consumed,bad human source-consumed and bad time-effective states of the performance evaluation of domestic city community health service,this article bring forward a new method of constructing a set of performance evaluation system based on B/S structure.The system is designed based on network,encircling the evaluation criterion,adopt the Grey Building Synthesization method as the main evaluation calculating arithmetic,to wholly promote the efficiency and quality of community health service management. |
