工作心理控制源与职业紧张的关系分析

目的：探讨工作心理控制源与职业紧张的关系。方法：采用职业紧张问卷对某市公安局刑警和巡警支队213名干警进行测试。结果：分析表明警察中外控性强组工作冲突、工作前景、社会支持、躯体抱怨评分高于内控性强组，而提升机会、决策参与、工作责任、应付策略、自尊感、工作满意感和心理卫生评分则低于内控性强组，且差异具有显著性。二组间三个紧张反应逐步回归方程的主要预测因素不同。结论：警察中外控性强者较内控性强者经历更多的紧张，二组的紧张反应主要影响因素不同。

ANALYSIS OF THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN WORK LOCUS OF CONTROL AND OCCUPA TIONAL STRESS

Objective To investigate the relationship between work locus control and occupational stress. Methods 213 policemen from the criminal and patrol police branch of a certain public security bureau received investigation by means of questionnaires concerning their occupational stress. Results The values concerning the subjects' job conflicts, working prospect, social support and physical complaints in the group of extrinsic locus of control were remarkably higher than those derived from intrinsic locus of control, while the values concerning the subjects' promotion, participation in decision-making, working responsibility, coping strategy, their self-esteem, job satisfaction and mental health in the group of extrinsic locus of control were all lower than those obtained from the group of intrinsic locus of control, the difference being significant. The main predictive factors of stepwise equations were different. Conclusion The policemen of extrinsic locus of control experience more stress than those of intrinsic locus of control and the main effecting factors of stress are different.
