食管癌内分泌疗法可行性的探讨

为探讨食管癌的发生、发展与性激素及其受体的关系，及内分泌治疗的可能性。采用放射配体结合分析法定量测定２７例原发性食管癌病人的癌组织、正常食管粘膜组织及外周血白细胞中的雌激素受体（ＥＲ）和雄激素受体（ＡＲ）的含量；同时应用放免法测定病人血浆中雌二醇（Ｅ２）和睾酮（Ｔ）的水平。结果见食管癌组织中存在ＥＲ和ＡＲ，受体含量显著高于正常对照组，且与病人性别及鳞癌病理分级有显著关系。外周血白细胞中ＥＲ和ＡＲ的含量明显降低。血浆中Ｅ２和Ｔ水平均在正常值范围内。研究提示，性激素及其受体在食管癌的发生、发展中起着一定的作用，并对今后在食管癌的临床治疗中，提出内分泌疗法的可行性设想。

A Study on the Feasibility of Sex Hormone Treatment for Esophageal Carcinoma

To investigate the relationship between the development of esophageal malignancy and sex hormones and their receptors in order to assess the feasibility of endocrinotherapy for cancer of esophagus.Methods:Estrogen receptors (ER) and androgen receptors (AR) in the cancer specimens,normal esophageal mucosa and peripheral blood leucocytes were quantitatively measured by the radio-ligand assay method in 27 cases of primary esophageal carcinoma.In the meantime,levels of estradiol (Ez) and testosterone (T) in patients' plasma were determined using radioimmunoassay method.Results:The contents of ER and AR in esophageal carcinoma tissues were significantly higher than in those of normal esophageal mucosa (p<0.01) and were obviously related to the sex of patients (p<0.01) and pathological classifications of cancer (p<0.05).The contents of ER and AR in peripheral blood leucocytes markedly decreased (<100 specific binding sites/per cell).Both E 2 and T levels in plasma were within the normal range.Conclusion:It was indicated sex hormones and their receptors might play a certain role in the development of esophageal carcinoma,and endocrinotherapy might be feasible in the future clinical treatment.
