| 摘 要： | 目的 研究中国各地区农村和城镇人均卫生消费的空间分布特征.方法 以全国31个省市地区的农村和城镇人均年卫生消费数据为基础,省域为基本单元,基于探索性空间分析全局和局部空间自相关分析,从空间相互作用角度对"十五"期间全国区域经济差异的时空变化特征进行了分析.结果 中国城镇的人均卫生消费在"十五"期间空间聚集性并不是很突出,但存在进一步加剧的趋势;而农村的空间聚集性则明显降低;局部相关系数与人均卫生消费支出呈正相关.结论 农村合作医疗制度的推行和中西部地区开发力度的增加,使得近几年农村卫生发展的不平衡得到了较大改善,而城镇医疗改革的相对滞后和区域经济发展的不平衡,使地区差异有进一步拉大的趋势.
