| 摘 要： | 昆山市投入使用的120调度信息系统采用了先进的计算机网络技术，在实际应用中各模块发挥积极作用，实现了准确高效的指挥调度、医疗急救资源的共享，并提供了全方位的科学管理功能，有效地提高了院前急救的反应能力，提高了急诊急救成功率，对提升城市医疗应急水平具有重大意义。
