| 摘 要： | 目的观察宝灵膏对脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠Caspase-3表达的影响。方法采用双侧颈总动脉阻断的方法建立大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤模型,随机分为假手术组、模型组和宝灵膏高、中、低剂量组。采用连续切片免疫组化技术检测脑组织中Caspase-3表达的部位及数量。结果宝灵膏高、中剂量组皮层、纹状体Caspase-3免疫阳性细胞数与模型组比较有统计学差异(P0.01),与低剂量组比较有统计学差异(P0.05)。结论宝灵膏可以下调沙鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤后脑组织皮层和纹状体Caspase-3的表达,从而起到一定的脑保护作用,并且具有剂量依赖性。
