| 摘 要： | 目的建立一种高效液相色谱法,测定替硝唑,戊酸雌二醇复方栓剂中二种组分的含量,用于制剂质量控制。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法,色谱柱：Kramasil C18柱（150mm×4.6mm;5um）,以甲醇（100%）为流动相,流速为0.65ml/min,检测波长为230nm,柱温为30℃。结果测定替硝唑的线性范围10.33-232.40μg/ml,r=1.0000,平均回收率为103.97%,RSD为0.089%;测定戊酸雌二醇的线性范围6.02-135.45μg/ml,r=0.9999,平均回收率为98.68%,RSD为0.147%。结论本法方便、准确,适合于复方替硝唑栓剂的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of tinidazole,estradiol valerate in Compound tinidazole,estradiol valerate suppositories.Methods RP-HPLC was used an chromatography condition was determined：the system was carried out using kromasil C18 column and the mobile phase of methanol（100%）with flow rate of 0.65 ml/min and the detection wavelength was at 230 nm,colum temperature was set at 30℃.Results The linear range was 10.33-232.40 μg/ml,r=1.000 00,6.02-135.45 μg/ml,r=0.999 99,the average recovery was 103.97%,98.68%for the determination of tinidazole and estradiol valerate in Compound suppositories.Conclusion This method is simple and accurate,it can be used for the control of the quality of Compound tinidazde estradiol valerate suppositories. |
