| 摘 要： | 心复康Ⅳ号灌胃给药,剂量39.8g/kS,对氯仿、氯化钡、氯化钙、乌头碱、哇巴因、结扎冠脉及电刺激等方法诱发的小鼠、大鼠、豚鼠及兔心律失常均有显著的对抗作用。心复康Ⅳ号具有抗缺氧及降低心肌耗氧量的作用,故其抗心律失常作用的机制可能与其降低心肌耗氧量有关。

| Abstract: | The results of the experiment indicated that the oral dose of Xin Fu Kang No. 4 was 39.8g/kg, It had obvious effect of antiarrhythmia on Chloroform,Balium Chloride, Calcium Chloride, Aconitine, Ouabain, the ligated coronary artery and the electrostim-ulated hearts of rabbits. Because Xin Fu Kang No. 4 had antagonistic effects on arrhythmia induced with various methods. it was indicated that the traditional Chinese medical compound had wide antiarrhthmyic effects,since Xin Fu Kang No. 4 had the effects of antianoxia and the decrease of the cardiac oxygen consumption, its antiarrhythmic mechanism may relate to the decrease of the consumption of cardiac oxygen. |
