顺德、番禺、清远、增城和花都五地淡水鱼华支睾吸虫感染情况的调查

摘    要:目的为了解目前顺德、番禺、清远、增城和花都五地淡水鱼华支睾吸虫的感染情况。方法使用直接压片法和消化法对从上述5地采集的各种淡水鱼进行检查,并用分离的囊蚴感染大鼠。结果上述5个地区的淡水鱼均存在华支睾吸虫囊蚴的感染,其中以来自顺德的淡水鱼感染最严重。家养鱼种和一些野生鱼均有感染,其中以鲩鱼和鳙鱼以及一些野生小鱼感染率和感染度均较高。结论广东上述五地淡水鱼华支睾吸虫的感染较为普遍和严重。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the infection of freshwater fish by Clonorchis sinensis (C.sinensis) in Shunde, Panyu, Qingyuan, Zengcheng and Huadu, Guangdong province. Methods "Direct Pressure Method" and "Digestion Method" were used in this study. Encysted metacercariae were used to infect the fishes. Results Encysted metacercariae of Clonorchis sinensis were found in the muscle of freshwater fishes. All of the fishes collected from these areas were infected by C.sinensis.Especially,the fishes collected from Shunde were heavyily infected. Among those examined freshwater fishes,Ctenopharyngodon idellus and Aristichthys nobilis were the most susceptible species to the infection.Conclusion Clonorchis sinensis is a parasite commonly found in the freshwater fishes in the above 5 selected areas.
