南宁市女服务员性病/艾滋病相关知识、信念与行为现状调查

目的了解南宁市女服务员性病/艾滋病相关知识、信念、行为状况,及对生殖健康相关教育与服务的需求情况,为制定针对该群体的性健康教育和卫生服务规划提供科学依据。方法对南宁市休闲娱乐场所的女服务员共622人采用KAP问卷进行调查。结果女服务员对性病艾滋病的传播途径、易感因素和预防措施等均有一定了解,但认识肤浅,对性病/艾滋病的传播途径和预防措施存在较多误解;性价值观比较传统,但对相关性现象却持较宽容的态度;婚前性行为比较普遍,自我保护意识淡薄。结论娱乐场所女性服务员是性病/艾滋病传播的危险人群,应采取有效干预措施,提高他们对该类疾病的抵御能力。

Investigation on STD/AIDS Knowledge,Attitude and Behavior among Waitress in Nanning City

Objective To understand the quo status of knowledge,attitude and behavior of STD/AIDS and the need of reproductive health education and service among the waitress in Nanning,and to provide scidentific evidence for making sex health education and service plan for the population.Methods 622 waitresses in entertainment places in Nanning were investigated by KAP questionnaire.Results The waitresses knew some about the route of transmissions,susceptible factors and prevention measures of STD/AIDS,but they had some misunderstanding about the route of transmissions and prevention measures.They had traditional standpoint of sex,but bore with relating sex phenomenon.They had common sex behavior before marriage and low awareness of self-protection.Conclusion Waitresses are the risk target group of AIDS/STD transmission.Intervention should be taken to develop their resistance.
