等离子刀颈椎间盘髓核成形术温度控制相关研究

摘    要:目的探讨不同能量等离子刀颈椎间盘髓核成形术(coblation nucleoplasty,CN)椎间盘周围组织温度变化、消融腔大小及其能量-温度规律,为CN临床安全有效应用提供理论依据。方法分别通过相同时间1、2、3档不同能量等离子刀行羊颈椎间盘CN,观察消融腔直径,记录椎间盘前缘、后缘、椎间孔处温度变化并对其进行统计学分析。结果三种能量手术时温度与对照组比较差异有显著性(P〈0.01),2档温度在安全范围内;3档消融腔最大,2档其次,1档消融腔最小;温度与能量成正相关。结论等离子刀髓核成形术温度变化与能量成正相关,以2档较为安全有效。
