| 摘 要： | 恶性胸腔积液(malignantpleuraleffusion,MPE)是晚期恶性肿瘤的常见并发症。MPE治疗的主要目的在于有效地控制胸腔积液,缓解呼吸困难,提高生活质量,延长生存期。本文综述了近年来MPE的多学科多模式的综合治疗现状及研究进展,特别是生物治疗等近年来的研究热点,总结了近年来出现的新药物及新手段。

| Abstract: | The malignant pleural effusions(MPE)is a common complication in advanced malignancies.The main purpose of MPE therapy lies in effective control of pleural effusions,ease of dyspnea,enhancement of the quality of life and extension of survival time.The article sums up recent comprehensive treatment status and research development of the multidisciplinary modes of MPE,esp.the hot spot such as biotherapy,etc.and summarizes the new drugs and novel means occurred in recent years. |
