参附注射液对急性左心衰绵羊模型血流动力学及血管外肺水含量的影响

摘    要:目的探讨参附注射液对急性左心衰绵羊模型血流动力学参数及血管外肺水含量的影响。方法 8只成年绵羊通过选择性结扎冠状动脉对角支的方法建立急性左心衰模型,给予参附注射液2ml/kg静脉滴注,通过PiCCO分别监测模型建立前(C)、模型建立后0.5h(H)、参附治疗后2h(T2)、4h(T4)、6h(T6)的心输出量(CO)、搏出量(SV)、平均动脉压(MAP)、胸内血容量(ITBV)及血管外肺水含量(EVLW)。结果与模型建立前相比较,模型建立后0.5h的CO、SV、MAP、CVP下降(P〈0.01)和EVLW、ITBV升高(P〈0.01);与模型建立后0.5h相比较,参附治疗后2h、4h、6h的CO、SV、MAP明显升高(P〈0.01)和EVLW、ITBV明显下降(P〈0.01)。结论参附注射液能改善急性左心衰绵羊的心脏功能,减轻肺水肿,从而达到治疗急性左心衰的效果。

Effect of shenfu injection on the hemodynamics and EVLW in sheep with acute heart failure

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of shenfu injection on the hemodynamics and EVLW in sheep with acute heart failure.Methods Heart failure were induced by partial occluding the middle left circumflex coronary artery(LCX)in 8 sheep.Shenfu injection(2 ml/kg)was given through venous.CO,SV,MAP,CVP,ITBV,EVLW with PICCO were detected.Determination of time for the model was before AHF(C),0.5 hour after AHF(H),2 hours after Shenfu treatment(T2),4 hours after Shenfu treatment(T4),6 hours after Shenfu treatment(T6).Results Compare to those at C,CO,SV,MAP and CVP was lower(P〈0.01),and EVLW and ITBV were higher(P〈0.01)at H.Compare with those at H,CO,SV,MAP and CVP significantly increased(P〈0.01),and EVLW and ITBV significantly decreased(P〈0.01)at T2,T4,and T6.Conclusion Shenfu injection can significantly improve heart function and reduce pulmonary edema in the experimental sheep with acute left ventricular failure.
