| 摘 要： | 本文对133例小儿流行性出血热进行临床分析,结果发现77.44%为轻、中型.临床表现以消化道症状为突出,有恶心呕吐者占85%.出血倾向和肾脏损害均比成人轻,其病程短、并发症少、病死率低.

| Abstract: | This paper makes a clinical analysis to 133 cases of epidemic hemorrhagic fever in children. The results show that the clinical manifestations of most cases (77.44%) are mild or midst. The symptom of alimentary tract is severe. Of the patients, 85% of them have the symptoms of nausea and vomit. Hemorrhagic inclination and kidney injary are milder than adults. The course of the disease is short, there are not many complications and the rate of fatality is low. |
