| 摘 要： | 目的：观察活血化瘀方对肌腱损伤后粘连的临床疗效。方法：将45例肌腱损伤患者随机分为中药口服组、中药外用组、对照组，每组各15例。中药口服组给予常规处理结合口服活血化瘀方，中药外用组给予常规处理3周后结合“活血化瘀方”浸泡，对照组仅做常规处理。分别观察三组的治疗效果，并进行比较。结果：中药口服组优良率为71．4％，中药外用组优良率为78．6％；对照组优良率为26．7％，中药口服组和中药外用组的疗效均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；中药口服组和中药外用组之间比较，疗效差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：活血化瘀方具有防治肌腱损伤后粘连的效果，外用法与121服效果相近，且副作用小，值得在临床推广。
