| 摘 要： | 目的通过对2005年1月-2008年9月上报的198例中药注射剂不良反应报告进行系统分析，为临床中药注射剂的合理应用提供参考依据。方法采用回顾性研究的方法，对2005年1月-2008年9月年马鞍山上报的中药注射剂不良反应报告进行系统分析。结果在198例中药注射剂不良反应中，儿童和老年人的不良反应发生率较高；不良反应以皮肤及附件损害为主。结论中药注射剂引起的不良反应不容忽视，在临床使用时要严密监测其不良反应，及时处理。

| Abstract: | Aim To analyze 198 ADR reports associated with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) injections from January 2005 to September 2008 for providing information in clinical application.Method 198 ADR reports associated with TCM injections from January 2005 to September 2008 in Man′anshan were analyzed retrospectively.Result Incidence rate of ADR is higher in children and old people than other age groups.The majority of reported ADR are skin damages.Conclusion ADR caused by TCM injections can not be ignored,so ADR should be intensively monitored and treated timely in clinical treatment. |
