解郁安神汤治疗失眠的临床观察

[目的]对解郁安神汤治疗失眠的临床观察。[方法]治疗组35例给予中药解郁安神汤,对照组29例给予帕罗西汀片。[结果]治疗组痊愈8例,显效12例,有效12例,无效3例,总有效率91·43%;对照组痊愈6例,显效10例,有效11例,无效2例,总有效率93·10%。两组间比较的差异无显著性(P>0·05)。[结论]解郁安神汤具有镇静催眠作用,用于治疗失眠及伴有的抑郁焦虑状态疗效肯定。

Clinical Observation on Insomnia Treated by Remove Atagnation to Induce Sleep Decoction

ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical thertapeutic effect,adverse effects,adverse effects of Remove Atagnation to Induce Sleep Decoction in treatment of insomnia. Methods64 cases of insomnia were randomly divided into treatment group (n=35) treated by Remove Atagnation to Induce Sleep Decoction and control group(n=29)treated by Paroxetine. The therapeutic effects were assessed before and after administration with Sleeping Questionnaire(SQ),Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS) and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS). ResultsThe marked improvement rate was 91.43% in the treatment group and 93.10% in the control group,with no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment,the scores for SAS and SD decreased significantly as compared with those before treatment(P<0.05) with no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),and the score of adverse effects of treatment group was lower than that in the control group with significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). ConclusionThe Remove Atagnation to Induce Sleep Decoction and Paroxetine have similar therapeutic effect on insomnia but the Remove Atagnation to Induce Sleep Decoction has less adverse effects.
