正肝方对诱发性大鼠肝癌前病变的影响

目的：探讨正肝方对黄曲霉毒素B1（AFBl）诱发的大鼠肝癌前病变的影响。方法：大鼠100只随机分为4组：模型对照组30只、正肝方小剂量预方组30只、正肝方大剂量预防组30只、正常对照组10只。除正常对照组大鼠外，先后用AFB，和2-乙酰氨基芴（2-AAF）处理各组大鼠造模，正肝方大、小剂量（0．6g／ml，0．3g／m1）预防组在造模期间，将正肝方水荆按10ml／kg分别灌喂大鼠。8周后处死大鼠，观察各组大鼠肝组织内γ-谷氨酰转肽酶（GGT）阳性肝细胞增生灶的数量和大小（个／cm^2、mm^2／个、mm^2／cm^2）。结果：正肝方大剂量组大鼠肝组织GGT阳性灶的数量和大小，均显著低于模型对照组（P〈0．01）。结论：正肝方能减少AFB。诱发的大鼠肝组织GGT阳性灶的数量和大小，具有预防AFB1诱发的肝癌前病变的作用。

The effect of Zhengganfang on aflatoxin B1-induced precancerous lesion of rat liver

To observe the effects of Zhengganfang （ZGF） on AFBl-induced precancerous lesion of ra live. Methods： One hundred rats were divided into four groups： control group of model, group of ZGF low dosage, group o ZGF high dosage and control group of normal rats, Except the control group of normal rats, all in each group were treated witl AFB1 and 2-AAF successively for making model. During the period of making model, the rats in group of ZGF low dosage an（ group of ZGF high dosage were fed with ZGF at different dosage. The experiment was ended after eight weeks, and the autopsie（ liver tissues from each rat were checked for the number and size of γ-glutamyltranspeptidase-positive hyperplastic liver cell foc （GGT foci） . Results： The number and the size index of GGT foci of rat liver in group of ZGF high dosage were lower than tha in control group of model （P 〈 0. 01 ） . Conclusion： ZGF can effectively inhibited the number and size of AFBl-induced GG3 foci, and ZGF has the function of preventing AFB1-induced precancerous lesion of liver.
