妊娠高血压综合征患者血浆CF_6含量变化及意义

目的:观察妊娠高血压综合征患者血浆中线粒体偶联因子6(m itochondrial coup ing factor 6,CF6)含量的变化,以探讨CF6在其发病中的意义。方法:放射免疫分析法检测血浆CF6的含量(pg/m l)。结果:正常孕晚期血浆CF6含量与正常非孕组相比无明显差异(P>0.05),中重度妊娠高血压综合征组与正常孕晚期血浆CF6含量相比差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:妊娠高血压综合征患者血浆CF6含量随着平均动脉血压的升高而逐渐升高,CF6在其病理生理过程中可能发挥重要的作用,可能是妊娠高血压综合征的发病因子之一。

Study on changes of coupling factor 6 in pregnancy induced hypertension

Objective:To study the changes of Coupling Factor 6 level in pregnancy induced hypertension.Methods:Twenty third trimester pregnant women and fifty-one pregnancy induced hypertension were enrolled for this study.The plasma Coupling Factor 6 level was determined by radioinnunoassay.Results:There was no difference between third trimester pregnant women and general women(P>0.05).The plasma CF_6 in middle or severe pregnancy induced hypertension was significantly increased compared to third trimester pregnant women(P<0.05).Conclusion:The plasma CF_6 increaced in severe pregnancy induced hypertension.CF_6 may play a important role in the pathogenesis of pregnancy induced hypertension.CF_6 may be a reason of pregnancy induced hypertension.
