鼻内镜手术治疗鼻内翻性乳头状瘤临床疗效观察

目的评价鼻内翻性乳头状瘤内镜手术治疗的疗效，研究提高鼻内镜手术疗效的方法。方法对160例鼻内翻性乳头状瘤患者行鼻内镜手术治疗，术后随诊、观察1～5年。结果治愈128例（80％），复发24例（15％），恶变8例（5％），复发与手术后残留有关，恶变与肿瘤生物学行为有关。结论鼻内镜手术治疗鼻内翻性乳头状瘤具有良好的疗效。手术的熟练程度、肿瘤彻底切除、术腔定期复查处理是防止复发恶变和提高疗效的关键。

Effect of endoscopic sinus surgery on nasal inverted papilloma

Objective To observe and improve the effect of endoscopic sinus surgery （ESS） on nasal inverted papilloma（NIP）. Methods One hundred and sixty cases of NIP were treated by ESS, and followed up for one to five years postoperatively. Results It was found that 128 cases（80% ）were cured, 24 cases（ 15% ）were recurrenced, 8 cases（5% ）were malignant. Recurrence was related with residual tumor, and malignant transformation was related with biological behavior of the tumor. Conclusions The curative effect of ESS for NIP is good, surgery proficiency, tumor removed completely and cavity treatment is key to preventing recurrence, malignant transformation and enhancing the curative effect.
