| 摘 要： | 荧光标记这种非放射性标记技术已成为现代分析检测中不可或缺的重要方法之一，然而将此技术应用于药物研究并不广泛。荧光染料应用范围较为广泛，具有高灵敏度、高稳定性和高选择性等特点，目前新型荧光标记材料量子点的出现，克服了传统荧光染料的一些缺点，更有利于荧光标记技术在药物的药理活性、作用机制和动力学研究等领域的推广应用。

| Abstract: | The fluorescent labeling is one of the most important methods of modern analysis as a non-radioactive labeling technique, however, it has not been widely applied in drug research. The fluorescent dye has wide range of application, it is characterized by high sensitivity, stability and selectivity. Now the new type fluorescent dye quantum dot has overcome the disadvantage of the organic ones, which makes it good use in the study of drugs in activities, reactions and dynamics. |
