| 摘 要： | 文章将近10年有关盐酸青藤碱治疗风湿类疾病的文献进行了归纳综述。现代药理研究表明盐酸青藤碱具有抗炎镇痛、抑制免疫、释放组胺等作用;临床上多用于治疗风湿及类风湿性关节炎;给药途径有口服、肌肉注射、离子导入、穴位注射及关节腔注射等方法。

Study Overview on the Treatment of Rheumatism with Kukoline Hydrochloride |

| Abstract: | The paper summarized and analyzed the literatures that the kukoline hydrochloride treated the rheumatism in recent ten years. The modern pharmacological study indicate the kukoline hydrochloride can resist inflammation and relieve pain, suppress immunity, release histamine, it is usually used to treat rheumatic arthritis and arthritis deformans; there are many routes of administration, such as taking orally, intramuscular injection, iontophoresis, injectio ad acumen, injection to articular cavity, and so on. |
