腰椎间盘术后疼痛分析及护理

[目的]对腰椎间盘突出术后病人疼痛进行监测,找出疼痛的规律,制订应对措施。[方法]通过应用视觉模拟评分法对49例腰椎间盘病人术后10d内疼痛进行测量。[结果]腰椎间盘术后疼痛,以术后第1天最高,然后依次递减。术后3d内固定组与非内固定组病人疼痛差异有统计学意义。[结论]腰椎间盘术后病人疼痛程度、持续时间与手术方式有关,应针对性地给予术后疼痛护理。

Analysis of pain of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion patients after undergoing operation and nursing care of them

Objective：To monitor the pain of lumbar intervertebral disc protru- sion patients after operation, so as to search for the regularity of pain and to make out coping measures. Methods：A total of 49 cases with lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion after undergoing operation were measure their pain within 10 days by adopting visual analogue scoring. Results. The pain degree reached the peak on the first postoperative day. And the pain degree of patients decreased day by day. There were statistical significant differences in terms of pain degree between internal fixation group and non - internal fixation group patients within 3 days after operation. Conclusion：The degree and the duration of postoperative pain of patients with lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion were related to the method of surgery. One should provide corresponding postoperative pain nursing for patients with lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion.
