食管癌病人心理健康状况的调查研究

目的 ]了解食管癌病人心理健康状况及其影响因素。 方法 ]应用抑郁自评量表 (SDS)、焦虑自评量表 (SAS)及相关因素调查表 ,对 15 1例食管癌病人和13 4例普通疾病病人进行对照测评。结果 ]食管癌病人抑郁、焦虑发生率明显高于国内常模 ,也高于普通疾病病人(P <0 .0 1) ;食管癌病人在经济、家庭、社会、疼痛及疾病相关知识缺乏、治疗副反应等方面与普通疾病组存在差异(P <0 .0 1)。 结论 ]针对食管癌病人抑郁焦虑等心理障碍进行对症心理治疗和护理干预十分重要。

A survey of psvchological health state of patients with esophagus cancer

Objective:to find out mental health state and its influencing factors in patients with esophagus cancer.Method:a total of 151 cases esophagus cancer was selected and another 134 cases ordinary patients were selected as control were investigated via filling out self-depression scale (SDS), self-anxiety scale (SAS), and relevant factors survey form.Result:esophagus cancer patients had higher incidence of both depression and anxiety either than the common model or than ordinary patients (P<0.01). There were statistical differences between esophagus cancer patients and ordinary patients in aspects of finance, family, social supports, pain, lack of knowledge about cancer, and side effects of radio- and chemotherapy (P<0.01).Conclusion:it is very important to provide both psychotherapy and nursing intervention against anxiety and depression of esophagus cancer patients.
