摘    要:目的 研究亚低温和血糖对实验性局灶性脑梗死的影响。方法 采用线栓法制作大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌流模型 ,大脑中动脉阻塞 2小时 ,再灌流 4小时后观察梗死体积的变化。结果 亚低温组梗死体积较正常体温组减小 ,高血糖组梗死体积较正常血糖组增大 ,但血糖高时虽降低体温但梗死体积仍增大。结论 血糖和体温都影响脑梗死体积 ,但血糖对梗死体积的影响比体温明显。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of moderate hypothermia and blood glucose on focal cerebral infarction in experimental rats. Methods We made infarct models of rats with thread embolism and observed the changes of the infarct volume in rats which had re perfused 4 hours after 2 hours embolism. Results The infarct volume was smaller in moderate hypothermia group than that in normal temperature group, but the infarct volume was larger in hyperglycemia group than that in normal blood glucose group. Conclusion Both blood glucose and temperature could effect the infarct volume, while blood glucose had the greater effect than temperature.
