黄芪多糖、人参茎叶皂甙对创伤小鼠淋巴细胞膜流动性及淋巴细胞功能的影响

摘    要:小鼠腹腔注射黄芪多糖(APS)250mg/kg·d、皮下注射人参茎叶皂甙(GSL)50mg/kg·d连续4天,可明显对抗创伤小鼠脾细胞、胸腺细胞、肠系膜淋巴结细胞膜流动性的降低,提高T细胞质膜、线粒体膜、微粒体膜的流动性,改善T细胞白介素2(IL-2)mRNA、IL-2受体(IL-2R)mRNA、IL-2、IL-2R、T淋巴细胞转化(TLT)的受抑状态。表明APS、GSL可提高创伤后淋巴细胞膜的流动性,增强淋巴细胞的功能。

Abstract:ither intraperitoneous administration of astragalus polysaccharides (APS) at dosage of 250 mg /kg. d 4 d or sub-cutaneous admimistration of ginsenosides of stem and leaf (GSL)at dosage of 50mg/kg. d 4d could resist significant-ly the reduction of membrane fluidity of lymphocytes from spleen, thymus, mesenteric lymph nodes in traumatizedmice, elevate membrane fluidity of T cell plasmalemma, mitochondria membrane and microsome membrane, alleviatethe suppression of interleukin 2 (IL- 2) InRNA, IL-2 reCeptor (IL-2R) mRNA, IL- 2, IL-2R, T lymphocytetransfomation (TLT). It is suggested that APS and GSL can elevate lymphocyte membrane fluidity, enhance lympho-cyte function after trauma.
