| 摘 要： | 目的探讨左半结肠癌性梗阻一期切除吻合的治疗方法。方法收集左半结肠癌致肠梗阻行一期切除吻合17例；其中，同时加做横结肠造瘘术6例，三个月后关闭瘘口。吻合口旁边处常规放置引流管。结果全部病例无围手术期及吻合口瘘发生，腹部切口感染4例。结论在做好急诊术前准备，恰当的术中及术后处理，有效抗生素联合应用基础上，左半结肠癌并急性梗阻患者行一期左半结肠切除术是可行的。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of one-stage left hemicolectomy on patients with acute obstruction caused by left hemicolon cancer. Methods The one-stage left hemicolectomy was performed on 17 patients with obstruction caused by left hemicolon cancer. 6 patients of them received colostomy at the same time, the colonic fistula was closed after three months, the drainage-tube was placed beside the stoma. Results No perioperative death and stoma fistula occurred, but infection of incision occurred in 4 patients. Conclusions One-stage left hemicolectomy is feasible method for acute obstruction due to left hemicolon cancer, the keys of the operation are good preoperative preparations, correct operation and postoperative treatment (including correct usage of antibiotics). |
