B超诊断卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿临床价值

目的：探讨子宫内膜异位囊肿的B超图像特征及诊断价值。方法：对63例患者经腹部B超诊断为卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿进行系统性回顾。结果：卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿可呈单侧或双侧性，图像表现盆腔出现圆型、椭圆形，少数不规则型囊性肿块。肿块内部图像特征主要表现两种类型：密集光点型、稀疏光点型。壁厚，内壁欠光滑。随月经周期而变化。全部病例均经病理证实诊断符合率85％。结论：B型超声检查是诊断卵巢子宫内膜异位的首选方法，能够为妇科手术提供良好的影像诊断和鉴别诊断信息。

The Clinical Value of Ultrasonography in the Diagnosis of the Ovarian Endometrial Cyst

Objective: To evaluate the clinical value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of ovarian endometrial cyst. Method: 63 patients with ovarian endometrial cysts diagnosed by ultrasonography were retrospectively analyzed. Result: Ovarian endometriotic cysts can be showed unilaterally or bilaterally. Most of the cystic lesions in pelvic cavity are round or oblong, few of them are irregular shape. The characteristics of ultrasonography inside the masses are divided into two styles: dense light spot and sparse light spot. All the cysts with thick walls and coarse internal walls, and the characteristic of ultrasonography of the cysts can change with the menstrual cycle. The accurate rate of ultrasound diagnosis was 85% confirmed by pathological examination. Conclusion: Ultrasonography is the most sensitive method for diagnosis of ovarian endometrial cysts.
