摘    要:目的 探讨血、尿α-1微球蛋白在原发性肾脏疾病中的诊断意义。方法 采用放射免疫法检测了780例原发性肾脏病病人血、尿α_1-微球蛋白的含量,分析了305例非肾穿病人血肌酐值及375例肾穿病人肾脏病理改变与血、尿α_1-微球蛋白含量的关系,并与10例正常人进行了对照。结果 随着肾功能的不断恶化及肾穿病理的加重,患者血、尿α_1-微球蛋白浓度明显升高,并具有统计学意义。结论 血、尿α_1-微球蛋白测定可作为诊断原发性肾脏病的一种指标。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the diagnostic significance of serum and urine alpha 1-microglobulin (?1-MG) in patients with primary kidney diseases. Methods Concentrations of serum and urine ?1-MG. were detected with radioimmunoassay (RIA) in 780 patients with primary kidney diseases, 305 of them having undergone percutaneous renal biopsy and the other 375 having not received renal biopsy. Serum and urine contents of ?1-MG were correlated with blood creatinine and renal pathology, and compared with thai of 10 healthy controls. Results As renal function and renal pathological alterations worsened, the concentrations of serum and urine ?1 -MG were greatly increased with statistical differences (P < 0. 01). Conclusions The detection of serum and u-rine ?1-MG might be regarded as a index for diagnosis of primary kidney diseases.
