| 摘 要： | 目的:建立感冒咳嗽颗粒剂中绿原酸的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法测定绿原酸的含量。结果:本方法线性关系良好,绿原酸的平均回收率为98.98%,RSD为0.83%。结论:方法简便、准确、重现性好,能排除其它成分的干扰,可用于该制剂的质量控制和评价。

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish the determination method of chlorogenic acid in Ganmao Kesou Granules.Methods:The con-tents of chlorogenic acid in Ganmao Kesou Granules were determined by HPLC.Results:The linear velation was good.The averagerecovery of chlorogenic acid was 98.98%,RSD was 0.83%.Conclusion: The method is simple,accurate and with a good repro-ducibility and can be used for the quality control of the granules. |
