| 摘 要： | 目的探讨自拟中药糖尿病Ⅰ号方治疗2型糖尿病气阴两虚型的疗效。方法口服中药煎剂,糖尿病Ⅰ号方加减,每日1剂,水煎2次,分2次温服,30d为1个疗程,3个疗程后观察疗效。空腹血糖超过8mmol/L,餐后2h血糖超过12mmol/L时,加用西药降糖药物;空腹血糖降至6mmol/L以下,餐后2h血糖超过10mmol/L以下时,撤减西药用量;同时予以教育、饮食、运动等常规基础治疗。结果治疗150例,临床治愈45例,好转93例,总有效率为92%。结论中药糖尿病Ⅰ号方治疗2型糖尿病效果显著。
