戊乙奎醚对老年人非心脏手术术后认知功能障碍发生率的影响

目的：研究盐酸戊乙奎醚与阿托品作为术前用药对老年人非心脏手术术后早期对认知功能障碍的影响。方法：在椎管内麻醉下行择期非心脏手术的老年患者60例（男40例,女20例）,随机分为戊乙奎醚组和阿托品组,采用简易智能量表分别在术前及术后第7日对所有患者进行MMSE测试。结果：两组相比无显著差异。结论：以盐酸戊乙奎醚作为术前用药,对老年人非心脏手术术后早期认知功能的影响与阿托品相似。

Effects of Penequinine Hydrochlordie on Incidence of Early Post Operative Cognitive Dysfunction (POCD) in Elderly Non-Cardiac Surgery

Objective：To observe the influence of penequinine hydrochlordie on cognitive dysfunction in elderly non-cardiac surgery.Methods：60 old patients over 65 age of years（male 40,female 20）,who would be performed the non-cardiac surgery from May 2008 to April 2009,were assigned in the penequinine group to receive penequinine injection of 0.5mg before 30 minutes operation under spinal anesthesia,and the atropine group to give atropine injection of 0.5mg before 30 minutes operation.And the mini-mental state examination （MMSE） was performed in all subjects. Results： There was no a difference on MMSE between the both groups. Conclusions：Effect of penequinine on incidence of early post operative congnitive dtsfunction in elderly non - eadiae surgery is similar to the effect of atropine.
