| 摘 要： | 目的探讨针刺配合康复训练对急性脑卒中康复的疗效。方法脑卒中急性期患者87例,随机分为针刺加康复训练治疗组44例、常规药物对照组43例,在治疗前和治疗30 d后分别评定患者临床神经功能缺损、Barthal指数、Fugl-Meyer评分(FMA)。结果经治疗后,治疗组临床神经功能缺损、Barthal指数、FMA明显优于对照组。结论针刺配合康复训练可以明显改善急性脑卒中患者运动功能。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo study the effect of acupuncture combined with function training on patients with acute stroke.Methods87 patients with acute stroke were divided into 2 growps randomly:the rehabilitation group(44 cases),in which the patients accepted acupuncture and rehabilitation training,and the control group,in which the patients accepted the normal medical therapy only.All the patients were evaluated with Clinical Nervous Functional Deficiency(CNFD),Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA)and Modified Barthel Index(MBI).ResultsThe scales of CNFD,FMA and MBI of the patients in the rehabilitation group was increased significantly than that of the control group.ConclusionAcupuncture compared with the rehabilitation training is effective on the recovery of patients with stroke. |
