| 摘 要： | 分析了部分卫 项目地区基本妇幼卫生服务的病种费用及其补偿情况 ,在总结特困家庭医疗救助工作经验的同时 ,发现诊疗不规范是影响医疗救助病种费用的主要因素 ,再加上贫困地区财政困难 ,使得医疗扶贫补偿不能按比例进行。在此基础上 ,提出了加强诊疗规范、改革补偿方式 ,改变扶贫资金来源等具体建议。

| Abstract: | Analyze the diseases fee and compensation situation of basic material and children health service in the part health VI item region.At the same time through suming up the medical succour experience of special poverty families,found diagnosis and treatment disstandardly is the major factor to influence medical succour diseases fee and add up the difficulty of poverty region , make medical help and compensation can not be go on proportionally . In this basis , put forward to strength diagnosis and treatment standard, reform compensation model, change help fund source etc. concrete suggestions. |
