| Abstract: | The designing strategies, classification and the physicochemical challenges of designed multiple ligands are described in this paper. Research prospects of designed multiple ligands are proposed. As an emerging drug discovery paradigm, designed multiple ligands presents future drug discovery with many challenges and opportunities in quest for superior medicines. |
