| 摘 要： | 目的：建立茯苓乙醇提取物中茯苓酸的含量测定方法，为该提取物的质量控制提供依据。方法：采用反相高效液相色谱法（RP—HPLC）对茯苓乙醇提取物中茯苓酸进行定性定量分析，利用保留时间定性和外标两点法定量。结果：此方法线性关系良好，茯苓酸线性回归方程为Y：565．41X＋14．477（r=0．9995），平均回收率为99．76％，RSD=1．13％（n=6）。结论：该方法简便、可靠，可作为茯苓乙醇提取物中茯苓酸的含量测定方法。

| Abstract: | Objective： To determine the content of pachymie acid in ethanol extract of Poria cocos and provide the basis for the effective quality control of the material. Methods： Paehymic acid in ethanol extract of Poria cocos is derterminated by RP-HPLC with the retention time qualitative and external standard method quantitative. Results： The linear regression equation is Y = 565.41X ＋ 14. 477 （r = 0. 999 5 ） , the average recovery is 99.76 % , RSD = 1.13 % （n = 6）. Conclusion： The method is simple and reliable and can be used as a a quality control for ethanol extract of Poria cocos. |
