| 摘 要： | 目的观察帕罗西汀联合逍遥散冲剂对产后抑郁症的疗效。方法将68例产后抑郁症（DSM—Ⅳ标准）患者随机分为观察组（帕罗西汀联用逍遥散冲剂治疗，37例）和对照组（单用帕罗西汀治疗，31例）治疗6周，分别于用药3周、6周末用HAMD量表评估疗效，并作统计学分析。结果观察组有效率（HAMD减分率〉25％）为94．59％，对照组为77．42％，二者差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），但观察组见效较快。结论帕罗西汀联合逍遥散冲剂用于治疗产后抑郁症，可提高帕罗西汀的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of combination of paroxetine and Xiaoyaosan on postpartum depression. Methods 68 cases of postpartum depression （DSM-Ⅳ criteria ） were randomly divided into two groups （paroxetine combined Xiaoyaosan granules treatment, 37 cases ） and the control group （ paroxetine therapy only, 31 cases ）, Curative effect were evaluated with HAMD Scale and analyzed on the third and sixth weekends. Results Efficient rate （ HAMD reduced rate 〉25% ） was 94, 59% in observer group,77.42% in control group, the difference was significant（ P 〈 0, 05 ）, Conclusions Combination of paroxetine and Xiaoyaosan granule can improve the efficacy of paroxetine on postpartum depression. |
