首次从非AIDS患者中分离出尿素酶阴性新生隐球菌

最近，作者等从一非ＡＩＤＳ又无免疫缺陷的新生隐球菌脑膜炎患者脑脊液中有首次分离出一株尿素酶阴性新生隐球菌，经与尿素酶阳性的新生隐球菌和尿素酶阳性的白念珠菌反复对照，并经动物实验证明，经南京医科大学附属和线医院情报室联机检索，国际上未见类似报告。

Study of urease negative Cryptococcus neoformans Isolated from non AIDS patients in China

Identification of Cryptococcus neoformans (C. neoformans) has been considered depending on the phenotype and biochemical characteristics, especially on its urease positive characteristics for a long time till now. Recently, 4 strains of urease negative C. neoformans have been discovered, of which 2 were isolated from AIDS patients, 1 from pigeon dropping and another from preserved cultures of 286 strains of C. neoformans. So far,there was no report of urease negative strain isolated from non immunocompromised patients clinically. Recently, we isolated a strain of urease negative strain of C. neoformans from neither AIDS nor immunocompromised but with meningitis patients for the first time.
