| 摘 要： | 目的观察复方淫羊藿胶囊的镇痛作用及其急性毒性作用。方法采用热板法和扭体法，测定小鼠热板致痛和化学致痛的痛阈值，观察复方淫羊藿胶囊对小鼠的镇痛作用并测定复方淫羊藿胶囊灌服给药的急性毒性。结果热板法中复方淫羊藿胶囊500mg／kg剂量组在180min时可明显延长小鼠热板反应的时间（P〈0．05），240min时效果更显著，差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0．01），而1000、1500mg／kg剂量组在120min时就表现出较明显的延长小鼠热板反应的作用（P〈0．05），并于180min时达高峰（P〈0．01），240min时仍维持较明显的延长小鼠热板反应的作用（P〈0．05）；小鼠灌服复方淫羊藿胶囊急性毒性试验结果显示，复方淫羊藿胶囊最大耐受量为每公斤体质量48g生药。结论复方淫羊藿胶囊对中枢性和外周性疼痛均具有一定的镇痛作用，且该药的使用较安全。
