激素性股骨头坏死发病机制中细胞凋亡的研究进展

背景：临床研究表明骨细胞凋亡参与了激素性股骨头坏死的病理过程,是股骨头坏死发生与演变的细胞学基础。目的：总结细胞凋亡在激素性股骨头坏死发病机制中的研究进展。方法：应用计算机检索PubMed数据库,Springer Link数据库,Science Direct数据库,CNKI数据库1990-10/2011-10文献,检索词分别为“steroid,necrosis of the femoral head,cell apoptosis”和“糖皮质激素,股骨头坏死,细胞凋亡”。选择激素性股骨头坏死与细胞凋亡的文章,排除重复研究或Meta分析类文章。结果与结论：文章从细胞凋亡的定义与检测方法,激素性股骨头坏死中细胞凋亡的组织形态学观察变化,激素性股骨头坏死中细胞凋亡的发生机制等几方面进行了叙述,激素性股骨头坏死中相关的凋亡基因主要有：Fas及FasL Fas蛋白、Bcl-2家族、p53基因、一氧化氮、Caspase、核因子κβ。激素是一种细胞凋亡诱导剂,激素性股骨头坏死与细胞凋亡密切相关。关键词：激素性股骨头坏死;细胞凋亡;Fas;Bcl-2;P53doi:10.3969/j.issn.1673-8225.2012.13.038

Research progress of cell apoptosis in the pathogenesis of steroid-induced necrosis of the femoral head

ACKGROUND: Clinical research indicates that the bone cell apoptosis has been involved in the pathogenesis process of steroid-induced necrosis of femoral head, is the cytological basis of genesis and evolution. OBJECTIVE: To summarize research progress of cell apoptosis in the pathogenesis of steroid-induced necrosis of femoral head. METHODS: The PubMed database, Springer Link database, Science Direct database and CNKI database were retrieved for papers published from October 1990 to October 2011 with the key words of “steroid, necrosis of the femoral head, cell apoptosis” in Chinese and English. The relevant articles concerning steroid-induced necrosis of femoral head and cell apoptosis were collected. The redundant researches or Meta analysis were removed. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: This article summarizes the related apoptosis genes of steroid-induced necrosis of femoral head from the aspects of definition and measurement of cell apoptosis, histological and morphological changes of the cell apoptosis in the steroid-induced necrosis of femoral head and the pathogenesis of cell apoptosis in the steroid-induced necrosis of femoral head. The related genes include Fas and FasL Fas protein, Bcl-2 family, p53 gene, nitric oxide, Caspase and nuclear factor κβ. Hormone is one kind of cell apoptosis inducer. Steroid-induced necrosis of femoral head and cell apoptosis are closely related.
