摘    要:摘要:目的 研究温度对外潜伏期的影响。方法 登革2型病毒人工经口感染白纹伊蚊,冻麻挑出吸饱血的雌蚊放入新的蚊笼,分别置于18℃、21℃、26℃、31℃和36℃中饲养,第3、4、5、7、10、14、20、25天分别收集并解剖白纹伊蚊,间接免疫荧光法分别检测蚊虫头部、唾液腺和胸腹部的登革2型病毒抗原。结果 置于18、21、26、31和36℃饲养的白纹伊蚊分别在第25、7、5、4、3天时胸腹部中开始检出阳性。21、26、31和36℃饲养的蚊虫唾液腺阳性检出的时间分别为10、7、4、4天,18℃在感染后的25天内,唾液腺均未检出阳性。结论 随着温度的升高,白纹伊蚊的外潜伏期逐渐缩短。

The effect of different temperatures on extrinsic incubation period of dengue virus type 2 in Aedes albopictus
Abstract:ABSTRACT: To investigate the effect of incubation temperature on extrinsic incubation period,Aedes albopictus were orally infected with dengue virus type 2 suspension, then fully blood-engorged mosquitoes were separated and transferred to new cartons and retained at 18, 21, 26, 31 and 36℃ with 10% sucrose. Mosquitoes were sacrificed on days3, 4, 5, 7, 10, 14, 20 and 25 post-infection . Immunofluorescence assays were used to detect antigen of dengue virus type 2 in the head, salivary gland and thorax-abdomen. Virus in thorax-abdomen was detected on days 25,7,5,4 and 3 post-infection. The extrinsic incubation period was 10,7,4 and 4 separately, when mosquitoes were maintained at 21,26,31 and 36℃. But virus in salivary was not detected during a 25-day incubation period when mosquitoes were retained at 18℃.It was suggested that the extrinsic incubation period of Aedes albopictus shortened gradually with the increase of extrinsic incubation temperature.
