摘    要:随着分子生物学技术的发展,分子系统学相关技术日臻完善,在物种分类研究中已经取得了很多令人瞩目的成就,引起越来越多学者的广泛关注。分子分类技术作为一种新的物种鉴定手段,可以弥补传统分类技术的不足,可有效区分近缘种、隐种,并在物种种群进化、起源及亲缘关系的研究中显示出广阔的应用前景。该文综述了吸血蠓的分子分类研究进展,对几个常用标记基因的应用进行了介绍。

The advances on molecular classification of biting midges
Abstract:With the rapid development of molecular biology, molecular systematics has been developing dramatically, which had made progress in the classification of species and been paid more and more attention. Molecular classification technology represents for a new method to aid in the identification of species, which can not only distinguish the closely related and cryptic species effectively, but also shows broad application prospect in the study of molecular classification technology in terms of population evolution,origins and phylogenetic relationships of species. In the present paper, the progress on molecular classification of biting midges were summarized and the application of several commonly marker genes were introduced.
