摘    要:【摘要】 目的 调查陕西省韩城市2011年布鲁氏菌病局部爆发疫情状况及影响因素,评价控制措施,为以后疫情处置提供依据。方法 对重点人群进行流行病学调查和实验室检测,掌握畜间感染情况,分析疫情爆发因素,采取相应控制措施。结果 调查重点人群152人,采集血样33份,阳性6人,阳性率18.18%,罹患率 3.29 %;对所有存栏羊43只、牛1头抽血化验,检出阳性羊9只,全部扑杀、深埋和无害化处理,疫情得到控制。结论 通过对疫情特点及流行因素分析,证实本次布病爆发疫情传染源为病羊,传播途径主要为饲养、接产等密切接触传播,今后应加强畜间检疫和病畜淘汰等综合性防制措施,加大宣传教育力度,严防疫情爆发流行。

Abstract:【Abstract】 Objective To survey epidemic situation and influence factors of Local outbreaks of brucellosis in Hancheng city of Shaanxi province in 2011 and evaluate the control measure for providing reference in the future in disposing similar outbreaks. Methods The epidemiology investigation and laboratory test in high risk group were carried out and such actions were taken as knowing the condition of brucellosis infection among livestock, confirming the probable route of transmission and taking appropriate control measures. Results 33 serum samples from 152 people were tested. 6 were positive, the positive rate is 18.18%, and the attack rate is 3.29%.9 sheep were tested positive from all 43 sheep and 1 cattle and all the positive ones were killed, buried or given non-hazardous treatment. And related measures were taken to control the epidemic situation. Conclusion There was weak link in the the prevention and control project in Hancheng by analyzing the epidemic characteristics and factors. Measures of quarantining related animanls and eliminating illness livestock should be strengthened and education work should be Intensified in case the epidemic situation rekindled.
