| 摘 要： | 25例烧伤患者分为三组,第一组12人,Ⅱ°烧伤平均面积31.4±16%;第二组8人,Ⅱ～Ⅲ°烧伤平均面积41.2±24%;第三组5人,Ⅱ～Ⅲ°烧伤平均面积56.8±16%;第一组与第二组患者外周血的PHA淋巴细胞转化平均cpm值及RI值分别均较正常对照组(20人)明显下降(P<0.01,P<0.001)。当以第三组患者血清加入正常人淋巴细胞后,可见其对正常人淋转有明显的抑制作用。

| Abstract: | The changes of cellular immunity were observed in 20 patients, using PHA lymphocyte blastogenesis as index. The cellular immunity of patients was decreased as compared with normal control, and the patients sera (5 cases) suppressed PHA induced blastogenesis of normal human lymphocytes in vitro. |
