摘    要:用Golgi法研究大鼠视交叉上核(SCN)的生后发育,可分为两个阶段。第一阶段(新生至生后5d),神经元快速生长和分化,树突由粗短变为纤细,伴有串珠状膨大,丝状突起和生长锥,小棘始基出现。第二阶段(生后6~31d),神经元生长发育和成熟阶段,表现在串珠状膨大,丝状突起和生长锥的消长变化,小棘始基转变为蘑菇形结构。电镜观察结果,在生后三周内,神经元胞质进行性增加,细胞器逐渐丰富,第二周末突触数量显著增加,且形式多样。

Abstract:Postnatal development of the supraehiasrnal ic nucleus (SON) in the rat wag studied under Golgi staining and was divided into 2 stages. In the first stage, from birth to postnatal day 5, the SON neurons grow and differentiate rapidly. Short, crude dondrites become fine and beaded with many filopodias and growth cones. Spino buds become visible from the fifth day. During the second stage, from postnatal day 5 to day 31, beaded dendrites with growth cones and filopodia gradually disappear and spine buds change into the adult mushroom type spine. Fine structure of the SCN cells shows that the cytoplasm, cell organelles and various synapses increase steadily becoming more obvious at the end of second week. These changws seem to be associated with opening of the eyes.
