醒脑静注射液治疗急性高原病的临床疗效分析

目的:探讨醒脑静注射液治疗急性高原病的临床疗效。方法:将78例急性高原病患者随机分为对照组(n=38例)和醒脑静组(n=40例)。对照组采用常规治疗,醒脑静组在常规治疗的基础上静脉滴注醒脑静注射液20 ml/d,静脉点滴5 d。分别观察两组治疗前后3 d、5 d相关症状并综合评分,比较两组疗效。结果:醒脑静组临床治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:醒脑静注射液治疗急性高原病有良好的临床疗效。

Study on the curative effect of xingnaojing injection for acute mountain sickness

Objective:To observe the curative effect of xingnaojing injection for acute mountain sickness.Methods:78 patients with acute mountain sickness were randomly divided into xingnaojing group(n=40) and control group(n=38).The conventional therapy was used in the control group;the xingnaojing injection 20 ml/d iv gtt was given in the xingnaojing group for 5 days.On 3 and 5 days before and after treatment,the comprehensive scores of symptoms in two groups were observed respectively,and the curative effects of two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate was significantly higher in xingnaojing group than in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The better curative effect of the xingnaojing injection for the treatment of acute mountain sickness was verified.
