3种中药注射剂致过敏性休克文献分析

目的：探讨双黄连、清开灵、穿琥宁3种具有抗病毒作用的中药注射剂致过敏性休克的一般规律及特点。方法：对近10年国内文献报道的有关3种中药注射剂致过敏性休克163例进行统计、分析。结果：3种中药注射剂致过敏性休克与性别、年龄无关，与药物成分及制剂杂质、联合用药等因素有关；过敏性休克主要发生于用药30min之内，占总例数的82．74％；死亡9例，占总例数的5．52％。结论：临床应重视3种常用中药注射剂的严重不良反应，以确保用药安全。

Literature Analysis of Allergic Shock Induced by Three Traditional Chinese Medicine Injections

Objective： To discuss the general pattern and the characteristics of three traditional Chinese medicine injections of anti-virus action, including shuanghuanglian injection, qingkailin injection, and chuanhuning injection. Method： A total of 163 traditional Chinese medicine injection-induced allergic shock cases reported in the domestic periodicals in recent 10 years were statistically classified and analyzed. Result： The allergic shock caused by three traditional Chinese medicine injections was not related with sex and age but with drugs themselves and drug combination. It mainly occurred within 30 minutes after the injection of drugs, and nine patients died. Conclusion： Attention should be paid to severe adverse drug reactions in the clinic so as to ensure the safe drug use.
