宁德市1986~2005年食物中毒致病因素分析

摘    要:[目的]了解宁德市食物中毒的致病因素,为防控食物中毒提供科学决策。[方法]对宁德市1986-2005年食物中毒资料进行分析。[结果]1986-2005年合计发生食物中毒309起,中毒3846人,死亡41人。其中,化学性食物中毒122起,中毒994人,死亡6人;细菌性食物中毒74起,中毒1983人,死亡1人;动物性食物中毒41起,中毒177人,死亡30人;植物性食物中毒43起,中毒336人,死亡4人;病因不明的29起,中毒356人。按食物中毒起数统计,细菌性中毒副溶血性弧菌占73.0%,化学性中毒有机磷农药占79.5%,动物性中毒河豚鱼占56.1%,植物性中毒毒蘑菇占58.1%。[结论]1986-2005年宁德市食物中毒的致病因素中,细菌性以副溶血性弧菌居首,化学性以农药最常见,动物性以河豚毒鱼居多,植物性以毒蘑菇为主。

Abstract:[Objective]To understand the pathogenic factors of food poisoning in Ningde city,in order to provide scientific basis for its control and prevention. [Methods]Analysis of food poisoning data of Ningde city from 1986 to 2005 was carried out. [Results]309 food poisoning cases were reported, 3 846 people were poisoned, and 41 people died. Among them, there were 122 cases of chemical food poisoning with 994 poisoned people and 6 dead people;43 cases of plant food poisoning with 336 poisoned people and 4 dead people;29 cases of food poisoning with unknown reason with poisoned 356 people. 73.0% of the cases of bacterial food poisoning were caused by Vibrio parahaemolyticus, 79. 5% of the cases of chemical food poisoning resulted from exposure to the organophosphate,56.1 % of the cases of toxic animal food poisoning were caused by Tetrodotoxin, 58.1% of the cases of plant food poisoning occurred from eating poisonous mushroom. [Conclusion]Among the risk factors of food poisoning in Ningde City,Vibrio parahaemolyticus was the chief bacterial factors,organophosphate was the commonest chemical factors,Tetrodotoxin was the most frequent animal factors, poisonous mushroom was the main plant factors.
