| 摘 要： | 目的:观察针刺配合腹部推拿治疗老年性虚证型便秘的疗效。方法:选取30例老年性虚证型便秘患者,按就诊先后顺序随机分为针刺组和对照组两组,每组15例。针刺组患者行针刺配合腹部推拿治疗,针刺治疗后,用摩腹、点穴等推拿手法对患者腹部进行推拿治疗,每日治疗1次,10次为一疗程;对照组患者口服五仁润肠丸,每次1丸,每日2次,10天为一疗程。结果:30例老年性虚证型便秘患者经2个疗程治疗后,针刺组与对照组经2χ检验有显著性差异(P0.01),针刺组疗效优于对照组。结论:针刺配合腹部推拿治疗老年性虚证型便秘疗效确切,值得在临床推广。
